All appraisal services are $75 per hour.

This includes:

Examination anywhere in Florida
Appraisal research
Preparing appraisal reports

If you let us know what needs to be appraised we will give you a quote in advance.

Payment for appraisal services is due at the time of the visit or examination. This includes research and other work that will be performed after the physical examination. By the time the appraisal is completed and mailed to you it has already been paid in full and nothing is due.
