INDIVIDUAL ITEMS

• Informal value estimates from photos: $100
• Official written appraisals from photos: $200

If an item is rare or requires extensive or specialized research, a custom quote will be provided before proceeding.

COLLECTIONS

Appraisal fees depend on the size, nature, and complexity of the collection, and whether items are already inventoried and catalogued or require full description and photography.

ESTATES

Verbal estate walkthrough estimates: $200 per room

• Official estate appraisals:

  • All items
  • Only items valued at $500+, or
  • Only items valued at $1,000+ (client’s choice)

Fees depend on whether on-site examination is required or if photos and dimensions are provided by the client.

AUTHENTICATION AND CERTIFICATION

• Works of art (COA issuance): Fees depend on the artist (or possible artist).
• Luxury items, valuable antiques, and important makers: Fees depend on the maker and object type.
• Rare and valuable objects without a single identifiable creator: Fees depend on the nature of the item.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Paper copies of appraisals: $20
• Professional translations (appraisals are written in English): Fee depends on length and target language.
